Committed to achieving the best design solution possible for any given project, we always seek to create understanding and trust with our clients, partners and suppliers on every project which we believe is the basis for a successful outcome. We work to the following process which is tailored to each client and project:
Initial on site consultation
Each project starts with us listening to your specific requirements and aspirations which enables us to identify and establish an overall vision, whilst determining the very best design and cost effective solution. We will inspire you with our image library, take your brief and agree your budget. Having then understood your requirements, we will proceed with preparing a tailored design concept.
Based on the requirements outlined at the initial consultation, a variety of quotations will be obtained from our wide range of suppliers. Madison will issue a fully detailed specification and quotation along with concept boards for client perusal.
Once the client has settled on their preferred specification, Madison will collaborate with the chosen manufacturers on the issue of design drawings – a site survey will be carried out and designs will be issued to the client for comment. Further revisions will be issued until approval and sign off has been received. The project will be reviewed again at this point and any changes to budget, scope or timescales will be agreed.
Based on the chosen design layouts and material selection, samples will be sourced from the relevant supplier. A finishing schedule will be prepared detailing the full specification and this together with the final quotation will be presented to the client for approval and sign off.
Pre Order Meeting
A pre order meeting will take place to discuss and agree the final design, quotation and specification. Lead times will be advised and delivery and installation dates will be discussed and agreed upon. Madison will liaise with their relevant suppliers to agree on delivery dates and a confirmed delivery and installation schedule will be issued to the client.
Becoming the central point of communication, Madison act as the link between our clients and our suppliers. Madison will coordinate with suppliers on design approval, negotiation of quotation, placement of orders, delivery and installation dates and any post completion issues that may arise.
An on site meeting will be conducted with the client for final sign off of the project.
